A 60-minute investment in your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health by returning back to your true nature through your breath. In this private one-on-one breathwork session we'll connect on where you're at in life presently before accessing the medicine of your breath to release stuck energy & emotions, recalibrate your nervous system, and enhance your state of well-being. Each session is personalized to you, including a custom music playlist and intuitive guidance to spark your inner knowing and wisdom. Whether you're new to breathwork or experienced, these sessions offer an opportunity for processing, transformation, grieving, growth, and healing in a supportive environment. In the end, you'll feel more like you than before. HELENE RECOVERY PRICING- DONATION-BASED WITH A MINIMUM: Starting at $57, please choose a single session donation amount that feels good to you OR purchase a discounted package of three sessions for $145 when booking. Practitioners with similar experience and expertise typically charge between $150-250+ per session. Your donation will help cover business expenses, including rental space. Once approved, a separate payment link will be sent to you. Payment must be made prior to your session. Sessions take place online over Zoom. Must be 18+ and in good health to participate. *Due to the custom nature of sessions, all private sessions must be reserved a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If you are pregnant or think you may be, or have a severe uncontrolled physical or mental health condition, this practice is strongly not recommended. Unused sessions expire one year after purchase.*
